  • Yes, we are wheelchair accessible.

  • No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

  • As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all tickets are final sale and non-refundable. If you are unable to make your reservation time, we are more than happy to reschedule you to a new date.

  • Tickets can be rescheduled if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. However, ticket availability for alternate dates is not guaranteed and is subject to a first come, first serve basis. For any questions or rescheduling, feel free to contact us at [email protected].

  • Tickets are not required for children who are ages four and younger. They can enter MOI for free!
