As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all tickets are final sale and non-refundable. If you are unable to make your reservation time, we are more than happy to reschedule you to a new date.

Tickets can be rescheduled if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. However, ticket availability for alternate dates is not guaranteed and is subject to a first come, first serve basis. For any questions or rescheduling, feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Tickets are not required for children who are ages four and younger. They can enter MOI for free!
